Terms and Privacy

The Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") govern the terms of use of the “Active Citizen” Android and iOS applications (hereinafter referred to as the "Application").

This document is an agreement between Yerevan Municipality (a.k.a. "City Hall") and you ("User", "You" or "Your"), which defines the general Terms of Use of the Application.

Please read these Terms carefully, because by accessing or using the Application, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms.

In case of non-compliance with the Terms of the Application, at the discretion of those responsible for the Application (hereinafter referred to as "Administration"), the accounts of Users who have violated the Terms of the Application may be deactivated or terminated.

The terms of the Application are as follows:
When registering in the Application, you undertake to fill in your personal and contact information (hereinafter referred to as "Data"). If you have provided incorrect Data or are using the Application on behalf of someone else, the Administration reserves the right to block the User's account and remove it from the Application, as well as provide your Data to the person on whose behalf you acted.

The Administration has the right to verify the Data registered by the User at any time, to request identification documents: failure to provide the latter is tantamount to providing improper information. If the Data provided by the User does not correspond to the Data provided during registration, the Administration has the right to block the User's account and remove it from the Application.

By registering in the Application, the User confirms that he uses the Application at his own will and bears full responsibility for the information he sends to the Application.

By registering in the Application, the User gives unconditional consent to:

data storage in the servers that support the operation of the Application,
access to the Data provided by him to the Administration,
receiving and storing additional Data about the User's person from other systems through the API,
not transmit any illegal, threatening, abusive, defamatory or inappropriate information or material that would violate human rights, promote criminal behaviour or endanger the legal system,
not transmit any virus or other material containing unnecessary elements to the Application,
not to disrupt or attempt to disrupt the operation of the Application and other activities running therein, including automated operations,
not use automatic programs to access the Application,
Receive notifications and messages from the Application Administration.

By submitting information to the Application, the User confirms that he bears full responsibility for the content of the information submitted by him and has all the necessary rights and permissions to transmit the given information.

The Privacy Policy defines the procedure for the use and protection of information provided by Users by the Application.

This Privacy Policy describes the measures taken to protect the privacy of the User's data.

We may change the content of the information or services contained on our Application without prior notice to you, and as a result our privacy policy may be subject to changes in the future accordingly.

The Application stores the following personal information about the User (hereinafter referred to as "Data"):

name,
surname,
phone number,
e-mail.

Data is stored when the User registers with the Application for the purposes of creating a User and submitting information to the Application.

The Application needs the Data to contact and provide feedback to Users and to obtain statistics on the use of the Application.

User Data is accessible to a limited number of people from the Administration who have special authority to enter the relevant system and are obliged to maintain the confidentiality of information.

The Application may contain links to other websites, applications or services that have their own privacy policies. Therefore, the Application is not responsible for their activities and content.

The application may use analytical systems to analyse the movement of visitors and obtain a complete picture of the user audience.

The Application does not provide or sell Data to third party users.

User Account Termination Policy

Users have the option to remove their accounts from the Application.

To remove an account, Users access the personal account settings section of the Application.

After choosing to delete their account, Users will be prompted to confirm their decision to ensure that the deletion is intentional. For added security, the User will be required to enter their account password to proceed with account removal. This extra step helps verify the identity of the account owner and prevent unauthorised account removal.

After confirming the decision to remove the account, the User's data is immediately and permanently removed from the Application. This includes personal information, activity history and any other data collected while using the Application.

The process of removing an account from the Application complies with the policies of the App Store and Google Play Store, ensuring a convenient and safe experience for Users to use the Application.

Users seeking assistance in using the Application or removing their account from the Application may contact the Administration through the Application or through the support channels provided.

Acceptance of these Terms

By using the Application, you acknowledge that you have read this Agreement and Privacy Policy document and agree to all terms set forth in this document. By using the Application, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to the Terms and Privacy Policy of this document, you may not access and use the Application.

These Terms come into effect from the moment the User registers in the Application and are indefinite.

These Terms and the Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. Users will be notified of any changes and the latest version will be available in the Application.

This document entered into force on December 11, 2023 and is indefinite.

Պայմաններ և Գաղտնիություն

Օգտվելու պայմանները (այսուհետ՝ «Պայմաններ») կարգավորում են «Ակտիվ քաղաքացի» Android և iOS հավելվածներից (այսուհետ՝ «Հավելված») օգտագործելու դրույթները:

Սույն փաստաթուղթը Երևանի քաղաքապետերանի (նույն ինքը՝ «Քաղաքապետարան») և Ձեր («Օգտվող», «Դուք» կամ «Ձեր») միջև համաձայնություն է, որը սահմանում է Հավելվածի օգտագործման ընդհանուր Պայմանները։

Խնդրում ենք ուշադիր կարդալ այս Պայմանները, քանի որ մուտք գործելով կամ օգտագործելով Հավելվածը, Դուք հաստատում եք, որ ծանոթացել եք և համաձայնեք տվյալ Պայմաններին:

Հավելվածի Պայմաններին անհամապատասխանության դեպքում Հավելվածի պատասխանատուների (այսուհետ՝ «Ադմինիստրացիա») հայեցողությամբ կարող են ապաակտիվացվել կամ դադարեցվել այն Օգտատերերի հաշիվները, որոնք խախտել են Հավելվածի Պայմանները:

Հավելվածի Պայմանները հետևյալն են.
Հավելվածում գրանցվելիս՝ Դուք պարտավորվում եք լրացնել Ձեր անձնական և կոնտակտային հավաստի տվյալները (այսուհետ՝ «Տվյալներ»): Եթե Դուք սխալ Տվյալներ եք տրամադրել կամ օգտվում եք Հավելվածից ուրիշի անվամբ, Ադմինիստրացիային իրավունք է վերապահվում արգելափակել Օգտատիրոջ հաշիվը և հեռացնել այն Հավելվածից, նաև Ձեր Տվյալները տրամադրել այն անձին, որի անունից Դուք հանդես եք եկել:

Ադմինիստրացիան իրավունք ունի ցանկացած պահի ճշտելու Օգտատիրոջ գրանցած Տվյալները, պահանջելու անձը հաստատող փաստաթղթեր. վերջիններս չտրամադրելը հավասարազոր է ոչ պատշաճ տեղեկություն տրամադրելուն: Եթե Օգտատիրոջ կողմից տրամադրված Տվյալները չեն համապատասխանում գրանցվելիս ներկայացրած Տվյալներին, ապա Ադմինիստրացիան իրավունք ունի Օգտատիրոջ հաշիվը արգելափակելու և հեռացնելու Հավելվածից:

Գրանցվելով Հավելվածում՝ Օգտատերը հաստատում է, որ օգտվում է Հավելվածից իր կամքով և կրում իր կողմից Հավելվածին ուղարկված տեղեկության ողջ պատասխանատվությունը:

Հավելվածում գրանցվելով՝ Օգտվողն անվերապահ համաձայնություն է տալիս`

տվյալների պահպանմանը՝ Հավելվածի աշխատանքն ապահովող սերվերներում,
իր կողմից տրամադրված Տվյալների հասանելիությանը Ադմինիստրացիային,
API-ի միջոցով Օգտվողի անձի մասին այլ համակարգերից հավելյալ Տվյալների ստացմանը և դրանց պահպանմանը,
չփոխանցել որևէ ապօրինի, սպառնալից, վիրավորական, վարկաբեկիչ կամ ոչ պատշաճ տեղեկություն կամ նյութ, որը կխախտի մարդու իրավունքները, կխթանի քրեական վարքագիծը կամ վտանգի տակ կդնի իրավակարգը,
չփոխանցել Հավելվածին որևէ վիրուս կամ այլ՝ անհարկի տարր պարունակող նյութ,
չխափանել և չփորձել խափանել Հավելվածի աշխատանքն ու այդտեղ ընթացող այլ գործունեությունը, ներառյալ ավտոմատացված աշխատանքները,
չօգտագործել ավտոմատ նախագծեր՝ Հավելված մուտք գործելու համար,
Հավելվածից ստանալ հաղորդագրություններ և ծանուցումներ:

Ուղարկելով տեղեկատվություն Հավելվածին` Օգտվողը հաստատում է այն, որ կրում է համապարփակ պատասխանատվություն իր կողմից ներկայացված տեղեկատվության բովանդակության համար և ունի բոլոր անհրաժեշտ իրավունքներն ու թույլտվությունները տվյալ տեղեկությունը փոխանցելու համար:

Գաղտնիության քաղաքականությունը սահմանում է Օգտվողների տրամադրած տեղեկատվության օգտագործման և պաշտպանության կարգը Հավելվածի կողմից:

Սույն Գաղտնիության քաղաքականությունում նկարագրված են Օգտվողի տվյալների գաղտնիության պաշտպանության նպատակով ձեռնարկվող միջոցառումները:

Մենք կարող ենք փոփոխել մեր Հավելվածի վրա պարունակվող տեղեկությունների բովանդակությունը կամ ծառայություները առանց Ձեզ նախապես ծանուցելու, որի հետևանքով գաղտնիության վերաբերյալ մեր քաղաքականությունն էլ կարող է համապատասխանաբար ապագայում փոփոխությունների ենթարկվել:

Հավելվածը պահպանում է Օգտատիրոջ մասին հետևյալ անձնական տեղեկատվությունը (այսուհետ՝ «Տվյալներ»).

Տվյալները պահպանվում են Հավելվածում Օգտվողի գրանցման ժամանակ՝ Օգտատեր ստեղծելու և Հավելավածին տեղեկատվություն փոխանցելու նպատակներով:

Հավելվածին անհրաժեշտ են Տվյալները Օգտվողների հետ հետադարձ կապ հաստատելու և Հավելվածի օգտագործման վիճակագրություններ ստանալու համար:

Օգտատիրոջ Տվյալները հասանելի են սահմանափակ թվով մարդկանց Ադմինիստրացիայից, ովքեր ունեն համապատասխան համակարգ մուտք գործելու հատուկ իրավասություն և պարտավոր են պահպանել տեղեկատվության գաղտնիությունը:

Հավելվածը կարող է պարունակել այլ կայքերի, հավելվածների կամ ծառայությունների հղումներ, որոնք ունեն իրենց գաղտնիության քաղաքականությունը: Հետևաբար՝ Հավելվածը պատասխանատվություն չի կրում այդ դրանց գործունեության և բովանդակության համար:

Հավելվածը կարող է օգտագործել վերլուծական համակարգեր՝ այցելուների շարժը վերլուծելու և օգտվողների լսարանի մասին ամբողջական պատկեր ստանալու նպատակով:

Հավելվածը չի տրամադրում և չի վաճառում Տվյալները երրորդ կողմի օգտվողներին:

Օգտվողի հաշվի հեռացման քաղաքականություն

Օգտվողները հնարավորություն ունեն հեռացնել իրենց հաշիվները Հավելվածից:

Հաշիվը հեռացնելու համար Օգտվողները մուտք են գործում Հավելվածի անձնական հաշվի կարգավորումներ բաժինը:

Իրենց հաշիվը հեռացնելու ընտրությունից հետո Օգտվողներին կառաջարկվի հաստատել իրենց որոշումը՝ համոզվելու համար, որ հեռացումը միտումնավոր է: Լրացուցիչ անվտանգության համար Օգտվողից կպահանջվի մուտքագրել իր հաշվի գաղտնաբառը՝ հաշվի հեռացումը շարունակելու համար: Այս լրացուցիչ քայլն օգնում է ստուգել հաշվի սեփականատիրոջ ինքնությունը և կանխել հաշվի չարտոնված հեռացումը:

Հաշիվը հեռացնելու որոշումը հաստատելուց հետո՝ Օգտվողի տվյալները անմիջապես և ընդմիշտ հեռացվում են Հավելվածից: Սա ներառում է անձնական տեղեկությունները, գործունեության պատմությունը և ցանկացած այլ տվյալ, որը հավաքագրվել է Հավելվածն օգտագործելիս:

Հավելվածից հաշվի հեռացման գործընթացը համապատասխանում է App Store-ի և Google Play Store-ի քաղաքականությանը՝ ապահովելով Օգտվողների համար հարմար և անվտանգ փորձ Հավելվածից օգտվելու համար:

Օգտվողները, ովքեր օգնություն են փնտրում Հավելվածից օգտվելու կամ իրենց հաշիվը Հավելվածից հեռացնելու համար, կարող են կապվել Ադմինիստրացիայի հետ Հավելվածի միջոցով կամ տրամադրված աջակցության ուղիների միջոցով:

Սույն Պայմանների ընդունումը

Օգտվելով Հավելվածից՝ Դուք ընդունում եք, որ կարդացել եք սույն Համաձայնագրի և Գաղտնիության քաղաքականության մասին փաստաթուղթը և համաձայն եք սույն փաստաթղթում շարադրված բոլոր դրույթներին: Օգտագործելով Հավելվածից՝ Դուք համաձայնվում եք սույն Համաձայնագրով պարտավորված լինել: Եթե Դուք համաձայն չեք սույն փաստաթղթի Պայմաններին և Գաղտնիության քաղաքականությանը, Դուք իրավունք չունեք օգտվել Հավելվածից և օգտագործել այն:

Սույն Պայմանները ուժի մեջ են մտնում Օգտվողի` Հավելվածում գրանցվելու պահից և անժամկետ են:

Սույն Պայմանները և Գաղտնիության քաղաքականությունը ժամանակ առ ժամանակ կարող է թարմացվել: Օգտատերերը կտեղեկացվեն ցանկացած փոփոխության մասին, և վերջին տարբերակը հասանելի կլինի Հավելվածում:

Այս փաստաթուղթը ուժի մեջ է մտել 2023 թ.-ի դեկտեմբերի 11-ին և անժամկետ է։

Փաստաթուղթը վերջին անգամ թարմացվել է 2023 թ.-ի դեկտեմբերի 11-ին։
